The Intec Spiral Systems utilize controlled horizontal air flow. This ensures that all products in all levels of the freezer see uniform air velocities and temperature. This efficent desgin reduces the limit on belt loading densities that you would encounter in a vertical or "confused" air flow system. INTEC Spirals do not dicatate that generous spacing around through the stack. Unlike oither designs, INTEC Spirals consistently measure less than a three degree delat between air off and on our coil package. This seals the products faster ensuring better yields, less frost build up on the coil and less residue build up in the freezer.
