INTEC USA, based in Durham NC, which is in the heart of the renowned Research Triangle Park, desgins and manufacturers end to end freezing and chilling solutions for the food processing industry. The technology on which INTEC's products are based can be traced back to the early 1980's in New Zealand and currently there are over 90 installations using its technology today.

INTEC was formed in the 1990's to capalize on the expanded product development and the distribution of the VRT (Variable Retention Time) Freezer/Chillers in the United States. Through the 90s and into the 2000s, INTEC has refined their product line and is now able to offer a freezing/chilling solution for all processors with the addition of the HJ and Spiral systems.

With locations all over the globe, Intec has a staff of professionals with experience in engineering, mechanics, software and design to provide all clients with a superior solution as well as outstanding customer service.  Intec strived to develop a product that set the industry standard in the 20th century, and as they move forward into the 21st century, Intec works to maintain the status and raise the industry bar.
